Locally owned and operated, we pride ourselves in providing you with all the tools and services you need to make a recovery from pain and suffering.  Premier Orthopedic of Orlando is the one-stop shop you need if you've been injured in an accident.  We are conveniently located near Colonial Drive and I-4 in Orlando with additional offices in Clermont and Kissimmee.  We understand injuries are not just painful.  We also understand how frustrating it can be when you are no longer able to do the things you enjoy.  We are here to provide you with easy to schedule appointments with specialists who can evaluate and treat pain in every joint in the body.

Our staff of board-certified physicians will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment utilizing the safest and most efficient methods available, in a painless, compassionate and professional manner.  By combining the latest technology with traditional techniques, we strive to give our patients the best care in central Florida.

We understand that many people have anxiety about medical treatment.  In that light, we aim to not only provide comprehensive care, but educate our patients in a friendly environment, so they understand why the recommended care is necessary.  To minimize financial concerns, we are happy to bill automobile insurance, or provide services under a Letter of Protection.

Dr Kreisberg

DAVID KREISBERG, MD

Dr. Kreisberg joins our team as a highly experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in extremities. Dr. Kreisberg received his B.A. and attended graduate school at the University of Cincinnati, before finishing his degree at California State University. He attended medical school at Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Mexico and at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Dr. Kreisberg started his residency in general surgery at West Pennsylvania Hospital and continued on to residencies in orthopedic surgery in Maryland’s Union Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Surgery of the Hand.

MARK WILLITS, MD

Dr. Mark Willits is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine, extremities, orthopedic, trauma surgery and pain management for adults as well as children. Dr. Willits obtained his Bachelors’ Degree from University of Texas in Dallas and his MD from University of Texas in Houston. Dr. Willits then completed his orthopedic surgeon residency program at the John Peter Smith Hospital in the level II trauma center. Afterward, Dr.Willits obtained his pediatric orthopedic fellowship working in the level I trauma center in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. While studying to become a surgeon and during his years of residency, Dr. Willits served as a Lieutenant Commander for the Fleet Naval Medical Unit (2004-2013).

Upon graduating in 2008, Dr. Willits practiced in Oklahoma for the past ten years helping countless injured patients recover from their injuries.

Dr. Willits recently relocated to Florida with his wife and two daughters to join our team of specialists and to help those who were injured as the result of accidents and negligence recover.

 
 

 
 
Dr Vera

LUIS C. VERA, DC, FIACN, FIBE

Dr. Vera received his undergraduate from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He proceeded to obtain his degree in chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. He is a diplomate, fellow, and board-certified chiropractic neurologist and electromyographer. Dr. Vera has earned fellowships through the International Academy of Clinical Neurology and the International Board of Electrodiagnosis and went on to be a chairman of the latter organization. He has held teaching positions as part of the adjunct clinical faculty of Northwestern Health Sciences University, and as an assistant professor of medical education, serving as volunteer faculty at University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine. 

Fun fact:  Dr. Vera  is the current AAU U.S. national champion and also won the Grand Champion Award at the 2017 International Martial Arts Festival.

 
 
 

 
 
 
Dr Heller

PHIL HELLER, DC

Dr. Heller received his undergraduate at Western Illinois University, and went on to study at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri where he attained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has amounted countless hours in continuing chiropractic practice and study, having worked with Premier Orthopedics for over 20 years. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Heller is well versed in handling a diverse variety of conditions, and offers a continuum of holistic treatments aimed in increasing his patient’s quality of life.
